Do you ship internationally?

How can I apply a coupon?
When placing your order, just make sure to enter the code at checkout and that's it!
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number so you can follow every stage until it arrives. It's very important that your shipping information is complete and correct to ensure timely delivery.
Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
Due to the demand for our products, your purchase confirmation email may take up to one day to arrive. If after that time you still haven't received the confirmation at the email you provided, don't hesitate to email us at contact@ellaz.com so we can help you.
Refunds and order returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it's been accepted or rejected. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your package is delivered to our offices.
If your return is accepted, our goal is to issue your refund within 3 days of receiving your return. However, keep in mind that banks can sometimes take time to process refunds, which may take up to 10 business days. We recommend waiting that time, and if you still don't see it reflected, you can email us to check the status. Can I return a product?

At Ellaz, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving your order for a $6 USD return shipping fee.
To start your return, email us at contact@ellaz.com and we'll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a product in poor condition or different from what's shown on our website, email us at contact@ellaz.com and make sure to include:
Reason for return.
Evidence (photos and/or videos) showing the condition of the product.
Your purchase details and receipt.
We can only resolve these cases within 7 calendar days of your order being delivered; after that, we won't be able to process them. IMPORTANT! We do NOT handle claims through social media, so don't forget to email us so we can help you <3
Return policy terms
Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Are there sizes for reusable Nippz?
Yes! Our Nippz come in three sizes: 8 cm, 10 cm, and 12 cm (plus), so you can find your perfect fit.
How long do reusable Nippz last?
With proper care, they can last up to 30 wears, yes! Thirty :D

How should I use Boobz Tape?
We recommend following the instructions included in the package to ensure the best use: first, do an allergy test to check that your skin isn't too sensitive to the product. When applying it, remember not to stretch it too much to avoid friction, and when removing it, don't forget to do so within 8 hours of use.
How should I remove Boobz Tape?
We recommend removing it with our Boobz Oil. Let it soak in for a few minutes and then remove the tape carefully, always keeping one hand on your skin to avoid any pain.
Why is the allergy test important before using the product?
All our products are high quality and designed with hypoallergenic adhesive; however, every skin is different and we know some can be a bit more sensitive, which is why we always recommend doing a small patch test when using the product for the first time.
Can I use my reusable Nippz together with Boobz Tape?
Of course! You can also use disposable Nippz like the Satin Drops or Satin Flowers under your Boobz Tape to protect your nipple; either option will work perfectly.
How can I use my Hair Stick?
Oof! It has so many uses, from styling your hair, taming those annoying baby hairs, or brushing your brows so they always stay in place ;)
Is it the same as using regular hairspray or gel?
No, that's the magic! Our formula is natural, which is why the Hair Stick styles your hair while keeping it soft, you won't feel it stiff like when you use gel.
